According to industry sources, NBC10 is not sending any of its sports talent (Vai Sikahema, John Clark, Jade McCarthy) down to Clearwater, Florida to cover Phillies spring training (which begins today) because of cost concerns.
Elsewhere, Don Tollefson is filing reports for Fox29, Keith Russell is filing reports for 6ABC, Leslie Gudel is filing reports for Comcast SportsNet, and CBS3′s Don Bell’s reports begin on Tuesday.
An NBC10 spokesperson did not immediately respond to an inquiry.
