CBS 3 Anchor Angela Russell and her husband, Telly, a medical student at Georgetown University, welcomed a second daughter to their family on Tuesday, April 8. Baby Maya Michelle Russell weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 1/4″ long. They have a two year old daughter, Ava.
