Smooth Jazz Becomes Internet Station

Greater Media, which recently changed the format of 97.5-FM from Smooth Jazz to Adult Contemporary, announced that listeners can access jazz on www.phillysmoothjazz.com.

In the Arbitron ratings released two weeks ago, Smooth Jazz on 97.5-FM came in 23rd place for listeners 12 and over.

It switched to Now 97.5, a younger adult contemporary format to compete with top ranked music station, B-101.

Meanwhile, have you noticed the B-101 promos talking about its younger sound?
