Viewing Guide for Phillies Game

Here’s your viewing guide for tonight’s Phillies-Rays game.

4 p.m. – Switch between NBC10 and CBS3 for more shots of babies and animals in Phillies gear, screaming fans at sports bars, and annoying local broadcasters jumping on the bandwagon.

5 p.m. – Phillies Pregame Live (Due to the Sixers game at 6 p.m., Pregame Live airs earlier).

5:30 p.m. – SportsNite on Comcast SportsNet or local news on 6ABC, Fox29 or NBC10.

6 p.m. – Local news on 6ABC, NBC10, or CBS3

7 p.m. – Fox29 pregame show

8 p.m. – National Fox pregame show

8:37 p.m. – Phillies vs. Rays – You may choose to listen to the local broadcast on WPHT 1210 AM.

Conclusion of Game – Fox Postgame Show, then switch to Phillies Postgame Live on CSN.

UPDATE – My mistake.  I forgot about the Barack Obama paid advertisement on Fox at 8 p.m.  Just turn to WPHT 1210 or WIP 610 AM.

P.S.  Was I the only one who thought it was a bad omen when Oates came out to sing the National Anthem instead of Hall the other night?

  1. Dont forget at 8pm Obama is speaking on most of the networks for 30 minutes including fox.

  2. Isn’t Barack on at 8 tonight on FOX?

  3. Unfortunately, the National Fox Pregame show does not come on at 8pm. Rather, it is an Obama paid advertisement. The Fox pregame show comes on at 8:30pm. So my suggestions are go to ESPNEWS where they will probably have coverage, or go to Comcast SportsNet where the Sixers game will either be ending or if it has already ended, they may have additional Phillies coverage.

  4. 705pm Fox29 bozo Thomas Drayton still calling the stadium “Citizens Bank Ballpark”. Can someone get him off the air?
