NBC10 News @ 11am, I hope, is hosted by at-least one veteran reporter who made it anchor….just like 6abc’s Matt O’ Donnell.
Also, I’ve noticed something else. Whenever CBS or NBC try to run entertainment programming, ABC will run something more educational.
For example:
At 7pm after the network news, CBS3 and NBC10 run entertainment programming along with FOX29. While 6abc airs EDUCATIONAL spelling and quizzing games shows (Wheel of Fortune & Jeopardy).
At 11:35pm, CBS3 and NBC10 air “Late Show” or “Tonight.” However, 6abc airs NIGHTLINE which educates the viewer about the news and world around them when the day is over. THEN they run comedy with “JKL.”
This educational tactic may be PART of what also keeps 6abc in the lead, in my opinion. As a note, they don’t often make changes to their Fall Line-up – but will this year – I assume.
Its about time that the show airs again on a Philadelphia licensed station.
Its about time that the show Feud airs again on a Philadelphia licensed station.
Good analyis from Robert City Wide (aka Sponge Bob). Nobody will every call him a “Cut and Paster”
And – a double entry from Julius May! Its always good to hear from Julius
Kind of surprised they didn’t pick up “Access Hollywood Live” instead of Family Feud. Also wondering what happened to “The Real Housewives of…” franchise airing reruns.
I can remember watching Family Feud (with the late Ray Combs as host) as a kid during the late ’80′s and early ’90′s. NBC 10 (Channel 10 CBS) in those days aired both the syndicated and CBS versions of the show from 1988 until 1994. It used to come on right before TPIR at 10:30 AM, and again at 7:00 PM later in the evening.
