ABOUT CHRISTINE &CHRISTINE’S HOPE FOR KIDS: 22 year old, Christine Gianacaci was a junior at Lynn University in Florida and was on a food delivery mission in Haiti when the earthquake hit. Gianacaci was in Haiti doing something she was very passionate about, which was helping people, especially children less fortunate than herself.

Gianacaci was in Port-au-Prince, near the quake’s epicenter, as part of the school’s Journey of Hope, Food for the Poor service trip. She was staying at the Hotel Montana, which was destroyed. Her body was recovered on Feb. 10. Well over 200,000 people are believed to have died in the magnitude 7.0 quake. Several others from Lynn University also were killed in the quake.

Christine’s Hope For Kids, has already helped many kids in the New Jersey and Philadelphia areas. The foundation has donated 300 pairs of baseball spikes to Babe Ruth leagues around the state and gifted more than $45,000 to local YMCA’s and other area foundations so that kids could go to summer camp.

  2. Ren Scott Semm like a wounded bird.

  3. Agree completely with Maceo. I sure hope that is not his given name

  4. Ren Scott? Nobody cared about him when he worked here. Total featherweight.

  5. Connected — I think you are actually overstating his credentials by
    calling him a featherweight 🙂
