Dennis Bianchi moves from NBC10 to Fox29.

The Joan Rangers

Consider me a member of the Joan Rangers, as Joan Rivers knocked it out of the park again with her hilarious Fashion Police – Golden Globes edition on E!  Joan and her excellent supporting cast of Guiliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos will be back for the Screen Actors Guild Awards, The Grammys, and The Oscars.

Also Joan and daughter Melissa will be back for another season of Joan Knows Best on WE beginning January 24.

Golden Globe TV Predictions

Here are my Golden Globe television choices:

Best drama series: American Horror Story, Boardwalk Empire, Boss, Game of Thrones, Homeland.

None – My favorite is The Good Wife on CBS

Best comedy series: Enlightened, Episodes, Glee, Modern Family and New Girl.

Once again, I wouldn’t choose any of the nominess – the show that makes me laugh the most is Family Guy on Fox.

Best actress in a comedy: Laura Dern, Enlightened; Zooey Deschanel, New Girl; Tina Fey, 30 Rock; Laura Linney, The Big C; Amy Poehler, Parks and Recreation.

I like Kristen Wiig on Saturday Night Live. And what about the requisite nominatino for Betty White in Hot in Cleveland?

Best actress in a drama: Claire Danes, Homeland; Mireille Enos, The Killing; Julianna Margulies, The Good Wife; Madeleine Stowe, Revenge; and Callie Thorne, Necessary Roughness.

I would love Madeleine Stowe of Revenge to win. This is my favorite new show. I also love Marcia Cross and Eva Longoria on Desperate Housewives.

Best actor in a comedy: Alec Baldwin, 30 Rock; David Duchovny, Californication; Johnny Galecki, The Big Bang Theory; Thomas Jane, Hung and Matt LeBlanc, Episodes.

Once again, I’d go with a Saturday Night Live person – crazy Bill Hader.

Best actor in a drama: Steve Buscemi, Boardwalk Empire; Bryan Cranston, Breaking Bad; Kelsey Grammer, Boss; Jeremy Irons, The Borgias; and Damian Lewis, Homeland.

Frasier does drama as well as comedy.

Just Cancel DH Now

As Desperate Housewives continues to limp to its series finale, how about they save us the trouble and end it now instead of May?

That suggestion comes courtesy of my friend, Gary Guadagno, who knows way more about television than me!
